MoonshotTech provides:
Digital Services – web & app development, AI chatbots, automation, SEO, marketing, branding.
SaaS & AI Products – dashboards, AI-driven tools, Play Store apps, and ready-made business apps.
Hosting Solutions – managed WordPress, shared hosting, VPS/cloud servers, and managed infrastructure.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You may need to create an account for certain services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Unauthorized use of our systems (hacking, scraping, abuse of resources) is strictly prohibited.
All fees are clearly stated before purchase.
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting and SaaS subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
Hosting accounts must not be used for illegal activities, spam, or abusive content.
Resource usage is subject to fair use; excessive use may require upgrading to higher plans.
We provide backups and monitoring, but clients are responsible for maintaining their own data copies.
Uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) applies only to Managed Cloud Hosting unless otherwise specified.
User inputs and outputs from AI systems may be stored temporarily to improve accuracy and performance.
We do not use client data for training third-party models.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance when using AI systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
AI systems provide assistance and automation; MoonshotTech is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI outputs.
All custom-built websites, apps, and designs are the property of the client once full payment is received.
MoonshotTech retains ownership of proprietary code, frameworks, or SaaS platforms provided as part of hosted/managed services.
You may not resell, duplicate, or redistribute our products without written permission.
You agree not to:
Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
Interfere with the security or performance of our systems.
Use hosting accounts for mass spam, phishing, or resource abuse.
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or SaaS products.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
Payments are overdue.
Services are used in violation of these terms.
Activities jeopardize system security, uptime, or legal compliance.
MoonshotTech strives for 99%+ uptime and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Hosting and SaaS are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
